GET TO KNOW ME
Hannah Katherine Foley grew up in Midland, Texas. Her mother, Anne Conder, always loved real estate and Hannah has many sweet memories of going to open houses and pouring over home plans and magazines as a child.
She graduated from UTPB in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in history and a minor in political science. Two weeks after graduation, she married Jeremiah Foley and they moved to Lubbock where he ran a manufacturing company and she worked full-time as a wedding and portrait photographer.
But her growing hobby was spending hours on real estate apps and dabbling in interior design. After four years in Lubbock and two babies, they spent three months in Kansas City, MO at the International House of Prayer before moving back to West Texas and settling in Odessa, where Jeremiah went into full-time ministry and Hannah started homeschooling and dreaming more about entering the real estate field.
They have added two more babies to their family since settling in Odessa and have come to deeply love this community, founding Adoration House of Prayer in January of 2020 to be a place of worship and intercession for Odessa. Hannah still homeschools and is actively involved in the Odessa Classical Conversations homeschool community, for which she tutors the Essentials program for 9-11 year olds.
After five years of talking about getting her real estate with Jeremiah, remodeling three homes, staging houses for friends, and taking listing photos for a few local agents, she took the plunge in 2020 and got her license. She brings her photographer's eye for staging and lighting to her seller clients' to help them show off the best in their properties and her passion for finding not just A home but HOME to her buyer clients.
